执行这两条
```
set http_proxy=http:127.0.0.1:7890
set https_proxy=http:127.0.0.1:7890
```
其中7980是你的魔法道具设置的端口

注：输入之后仅对这个cmd有效，`开启新的/关闭它`之后要重新输入
